FFL Shipment Requirement
All firearms purchased from Mike’s Gun Shop LLC must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Firearms will only be shipped to the physical premises address listed on the FFL.
Selecting an FFL Dealer
Customers must:
- Locate a licensed FFL dealer.
- Confirm the dealer accepts firearm transfers.
- Confirm the dealer’s transfer fee (buyer is responsible).
The receiving FFL must provide required documentation before shipment.
Order Processing
Firearm orders are processed only after FFL verification is completed. Orders may be canceled if the FFL is not eligible to receive transfers.
Firearms and non-firearm items must be processed as separate orders and may ship separately.
Inspection Requirement (Very Important)
Customers must inspect the firearm at the receiving FFL dealer before completing the transfer.
If there is any issue:
- Do NOT complete the transfer.
- Contact us immediately.
Once the transfer is completed, the firearm is considered used and must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Refused Transfers
If a customer fails a background check or refuses transfer:
- Return shipping and any applicable fees may be deducted from any refund.
- Transfer fees are non-refundable.
