Welcome to Mike’s Gun Shop LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Federal Firearms Compliance
Mike’s Gun Shop LLC is a federally licensed firearms dealer. All firearm sales are conducted in strict compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Firearms will not be shipped directly to individuals.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you affirm that:
- You are legally eligible to purchase firearms and/or ammunition.
- You are not prohibited from owning firearms under federal, state, or local law.
- All information provided is accurate and complete.
All firearm transfers require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a successful background check at the receiving FFL dealer.
3. FFL Transfer Requirements
Customers are responsible for:
- Selecting a valid FFL dealer
- Confirming transfer fees with that dealer
- Ensuring the FFL provides required documentation
If the selected FFL is not eligible to receive firearms, the order will not be processed.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or legal restrictions.
Firearms and non-firearm items may ship separately.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once a firearm has shipped to an FFL dealer, cancellation policies are subject to our Firearm Purchase Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mike’s Gun Shop LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from this site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Ohio
